Gone Crackers was born out of my passion for food and cooking with only the best ingredients. These unique shapes are slowly baked and carefully packed for you to enjoy. As an irresistible snack for one, or served at your next gathering, I hope my crackers will become part of your passion!

Blue Cheese & Cracked Pepper

The king of all cheeses, this cracker definitely shines with a glass of red wine. It's also great with a seafood pate, or fig tapenade. A simple dollop of cream cheese works fine too...

Parmesan & Rosemary

Inspired by my love for Italian food, this cracker makes the best crouton for Caesar Salad! It's great on it's own with wine, but is also good with a simple soft cheese.

Canadian Cheddar & Chive

A line of Canadian crackers had to have the classic flavour of aged Canadian cheddar as one of its flavours. With the subtle addition of chives, this is popular one to keep in the cupboard for an afternoon snack!

Undressed

Select BC Wineries asked if I would create a palate cleanser cracker to serve at their wine tastings. I created this simple style of cracker with just a few ingredients: flour, sea salt and olive oil. People loved them, and then wanted to buy them. Their delicate flavour made them the perfect cracker for any dip, pate, tapenade, cheese... you name it! So try them with your favourite toppings, or at your own wine tasting, because "UNDRESSED" is now available for all to enjoy!

Moroccan Spice

"This is a flavour that has been in the works for about five years now. It's fun to experience other cuisines, and with that comes pairings of wine varietals that may not be my everyday choices. This coming year is my 10th year with Gone Crackers, and I couldn't think of a better way to do it than with an exciting new flavour!"

The exotic flavours of Morocco have been captured in ths cracker. Great with goat cheese (or a soft creamy cheese), chutneys, tapenades, hummous... Even guacamole.
Wine pairings: Reisling, Gewurtz, Viogner, or Pinot Blanc // Pinot Noir, or Syrah
