Blue Cheese & Cracked Pepper
The king of all cheeses, this cracker definitely shines with a glass of red wine. It's also great with a seafood pate, or fig tapenade. A simple dollop of cream cheese works fine too...
Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper
This is my "everything" cracker, because it goes with absolutely everything! Though it has a rich, buttery flavour, it is dairy free. The pepper in it really "picks up" whatever topping you use.
Canadian Cheddar & Chive
A line of Canadian crackers had to have the classic flavour of aged Canadian cheddar as one of its flavours. With the subtle addition of chives, this is popular one to keep in the cupboard for an afternoon snack!
Morrocan Spice
The exotic flavours of Morocco have been captured in ths cracker. Great with goat cheese (or a soft creamy cheese), chutneys, tapenades, hummous... Even guacamole.

Inspired by my love for Italian food, this cracker makes the best crouton for Caesar Salad! It's great on it's own with wine, but is also good with a simple soft cheese.
Roasted Shallot & Herb
The sweet roasted flavour of shallots accented with fine herbs offers the perfect backdrop to any cheese or dip. An aged Cheddar would really work!

Select BC Wineries asked if I would create a palate cleanser cracker to serve at their wine tastings. I created this simple style of cracker with just a few ingredients: flour, sea salt and olive oil. People loved them, and then wanted to buy them. Their delicate flavour made them the perfect cracker for any dip, pate, tapenade, cheese... you name it! So try them with your favourite toppings, or at your own wine tasting, because "UNDRESSED" is now available for all to enjoy!
